Laurel is 1 month / Evey is 2.5 years

Hi All,

At Lauri’s 4 week doc apt she was 11 lbs 13oz. Evey had her 2.5 year doc apt at the same time and was 38 inches and 30 lbs. Lauri is wearing 3-6 mo clothes, but I’ll have to move up a size real soon. Evey is wearing 4T-5T shirts and 3T pants.

I put up a lot of photos and a few videos since last update.  There is a video of Evey painting a model that her and Daddy made, there are also some photos of the model building process below. There is a photo of Mommy and Lauri. There is a photo of the Mr Potato Head Darth Vader that Evey and Daddy made.  There is a pict of Evey putting barrettes in Daddy’s hair, making it pretty. There is a photo of a block structure that Evey made all by herself, she called it ‘Codition’. Not sure why but that is what she called it. There is a photo of Evey painting, using brushes with finger paint. She’s been doing that for quite some time, she doesn’t like messy hands. Last week she upgraded to painting with water colors, there is a photo of one of her water color paintings somewhere below. There is a pict of Daddy with his daughters, with Evey feeding her doll. There is a photo of Lauri doing Tummy time. There is a video of Evey rocking Lauri gently in her car seat. There is a photo of Lauri looking out the window in her car set swing. And there is a photo of Lauri with Corey and Aunty Hannah at Corey’s farewell get together on Sunday.

Lauri is 2 weeks, Evey at Museum

Hi All,
Lauri is now two weeks old. At her doctor visit, see pict with Dr Bhutani below, she weighed 10 lbs 5 oz and was measuring at 22 inches. She had her first tummy time yesterday on 7/20, there is a video below.

While Aunty Heather was here, Evey. John and her went to the Museum's butterfly exhibit. There are a few photos and movies of that.

Mark and Melodie sent some presents for Evey and Lauri, a movie of Evey playing with her new talking picnic basket is below.

Laurel is 1 week old

Hi All,

Lauri is now one week and one day old. On Monday she weighed 9.5 lbs at the doctors. She does what most one week olds do; eat, sleep and poo. I put up some pictures and videos of her during her first week of life. The last pict is Aunty Heather and Lauri, I am not that skinny.

Aunty Heather is now here for a week to help out. Thanks to Aunty Heather ! And thanks to Grandma Tanya for the past two weeks !
